How to make Canary Seed (Alpsite) Milk

Directions:

Step 1: Wash, Soak: Measure 5 tablespoons of Canary seed into a container and wash it thoroughly. Pour off the wash water, add 8-12 ounces (1 - 1.5 cups) of fresh, water and soak the seeds for 8-12 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 2: Strain and rinse: Pour off the soaking water and rinse the canary seed thoroughly in fresh water until the rinse water is clear.

Step 3: Blend: Put the soaked seeds in the blender with at least 8-12 ounces (1-1.5 cups) of water and your favorite sweetener,(Honey, Liquid Stevia) and blend for 3 minutes on high speed, strain after blending for best results & enjoy.
